Our Terms of Service had an update, but only regarding the modus operandi, all the rest remains inalterable.
Basically now all the communication and information regarding the products, (catalogs, prototypes development, production, and shipment) will be provided and manage by the assistant assign to the Customer.
This way we want to improve the quality of our service, each Customer has a personal assistant available 5 days a week from 6:00 am to 7:00 o´clock (also on weekends if urgent) to provide all information you need.
